As of 2024, the situation for gay saunas in Beijing has become quite limited. Many previously popular venues, such as the Fengfan Weiye Club (formerly known as Da Fan), have closed down in recent years due to changing regulations and pressures from authorities. This club, which was a well-known spot for local men, closed in 2023.
