Sniffies does offer some guardrails when communicating and they should be followed. There is a warning that pops up if they think you are sharing personal information (phone number, address) and advise you to keep communications on the site. It's a great safety idea as there are people on there that will try to scam you. I shared my phone number with a guy, even though they advised me not to, and he looked up my name and address with it and tried to extort money from me. Luckily I've been out for years and his threats feel on deaf ears.
