The Sunny Hotel

The Sunny is an oceanfront resort set on a quieter stretch of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The location feels deliberately removed from the busier parts of Miami, though within easy reach of both Bal Harbor and Aventura, as well as FLL and MIA. Here, you can experience slower rhythm that centres on the beach, the water, and time spent outside.

The hotel has 340 rooms and suites, all designed with clean lines, coastal tones, and thoughtful details throughout. Expect curated minibars, sculptural lighting, and balconies that open up to ocean views.

The private beach is a key part of the stay, reserved for guests and set up for long mornings by the water or unhurried afternoons in the sun. The pool area brings a different energy, with full service, firepits in the evening, and live music as the day shifts into night.
