I pre booked accommodation which can not be used due to Coronavirus. Several emails to property requesting cancellation and refund have not been answered. Poor service.

I didn't t like the atmosphere at all. Rude and couldn' t care less attitude. And when you leave and say see your tomorrow, The answer is NOT: see you next week! Seems some customers are better than others in that place. Avoid!

Me and my partner go here as day guests every time we go to gran canaria absolutely love the place lovely staff clean friendly always have a good laugh there with customers and staff alike had a few good birthdays here while I’ve been there recommended

Absolutely love this place, you can relax there all day and get an all-over tan, or if the mood takes you, you can have fun in the back. Staff very friendly, clientele also very friendly. Can't wait to return.

I have been there in October 2018. it's not worth going there, only old guys, and all playing BB, I left the place after an hour.

Dreadful experience, very rude man didn't answer door for 10 minutes, then rude as said he was cleaning. Don't go here!
