BOO Bar

Very friendly like a family. You may drink with your friends, or meet new friends sitting near the bar. It's a karaoke bar so feel free to sing. Usually busy on Friday and Saturday nights, and better reserve a table if you are not used to standing. Come on weekday nights if you prefer practising singing and have quality chats with staff and meet new friends.

Very nice place. But what the Ukrainian girls are doing in the gay bar. Really surprised about that. They are making the videos and disappointing people around.

OK environment, however, the operation seem like family business, they will just show smile face to customer they familiar with and turn a cool face to visitor.

First I'd like to say the staff is really nice, but there weren't so many bears, it's very difficult to talk to someone because they're in closed groups and the music they sing... simply horrible. I was happy when nobody was singing because then we could listen to good music.

Elegant bar, friendly helpful staff. Met some nice people. I'm not complaining, but some of the slimmest "Bears" I've ever seen. I'm from NYC and they call them Pandas there...because they are so cute! My only complaint is that I had to walk around the block 3 times...you have to go up an elevator to find the place if you don't know where you're going. Which I guess is a good thing for security.

I'm a US (white) Bear, went mid-week, and I felt welcome, but out of place among the 20 non-bear locals. I liked the bar and waiters but there were no bears around except for those on the posters and tshirts of the staff. Drinks were reasonable, the karaoke was interesting (one of the bartenders has a GREAT voice), easy to get to, and the inteior was very upscale. Maybe it draws a better bear crowd on the weekend.

I don't think is friendly to all type of gay and foreigner~ No so good experience, I think some of the staff there are arrogant, try ur self here, but don't believe Wat there say at fb or any page they promote them self. Feel sad be a guess here .一切都好,就是态度问题,并不全面友善

Enjoy our evening at a karaoke bear bar... Wish it was more bearish, but had a good last evening in Hong Kong at a somewhat gay bar...wish t- shirt were available, but the crew didn't understand that being from USA/Canada, this is is not at few hour drive...but 24 hr flight!

Boo Bar is a classy, elegant karaoke bar. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. I guess it's de rigueur these days to show up at places and have your face in your cell, but that was not Boo Bar's fault. Personally, I loved this place and the drinks were amazing.

Not a bear bar. More a twink bar - queens singing karaoke, bar staff are ok but don't engage the customers. Full of little groups who don't mix let alone talk to you. Big disappointment.

Been going to Boo for years whenever I visit Hong Kong. For me, its one of the friendliest places to go and whenever the manager is there, he always says hello. Obviously don't know what happened when Jimmie visited but I've always found the staff very nice.

Very attractive prices at happy hour. But extremely unfriendly bartender. Don't think visit again.
