Tried on August 23. The massage is supposed to be 90 mins but after 70 mins everything was finished and I was asked to take a shower. By reading comments from other customers know I understand the reason why - shower time is included in the 90mins package! That is very unprofessional and quite disappointing.

Visited VIP Eden last week, the fourth time, last week different masseur. Instead of paid 90 mins I got only 60. When I voiced my concern on the web, I got reminded that I should better remove my comment because it damages his image (no apologies for what happened). Pitty... I like the place... still strongly recommend Nataniel and Adam. I just feel sorry for the organisers of this venue that one staff is damaging the otherwise impeccable image. Well, another learning...

I was visiting Krakow last week so I sent them a message on Facebook. After 2 days they still havent answered my question so I sent them a mail. Its 1 week since I sent the mail now and I am still waiting for an answer!!

The masseur offered me "something more" for the additional pay, especially if I next time "call him directly on his mobile". I never had experience like this before! I was looking just for the massage, not an escort agency. Even if the massage was ok.
