No slippers provided for the clients, the shower room needs to be improved, its not safe, the steam room is to small, the floor has water (steam room) shower cubicle at private room must be in curtain cover. The snack bar must be open till the shop is open. Yes the cashier is friendly, the management must check also the shop to see what is lacking to gain more clients.

Hey guys, I just visited that place last night. Avoid at all cost. Staff were unfriendly (except the one at the cash register). Dirty and smelly. It looks like it is run behind two buildings. No air conditionning, dark, wet floors, carpet, etc. I would not lie down on those mattresses. Even the towels were smelly. So sorry, Galaxy Khmer, you need to improve!
