位於紅樓，中心設有圖書館、網路站以及即時HIV/梅毒檢測（但不提供給外國旅客）。週一休館。

The open hours are as follows:
Open day: from Tuesday to Sunday
Open hour: 18:00~23:00
We don't provide HIV and Syphilis test for foreign travelers.
