King Sauna

There must be a word in Chinese for this type of venue, but I am unaware of it. Essentially it is an urban hot spring when people go to bathe and sleep. Your NTD500 gains you 12 hours of entry. There are 3 pools (42º, 26º and 13º) and a sauna and steam room. I found the sauna too hot, but the steam room was a good temperature. This is not a gay venue. You need to be discreet as possible, and rest assured family will make themselves known to you. Reading google reviews reveals lots of complaints about unwanted touching, which is unfortunate. We need to make sure that all feel comfortable there. It is not dirty, but it is very messy and untidy. Boxes and what-not are placed all over the facility, and it resembles a junk shop in parts. It reminded me of a set from Steptoe and Son for those of you who are old enough to remember that British comedy. I met a lovely fellow in there - married chap - and a good time was had by all. Probably best to take your new-found friend elsewhere.
