Rainbow Spa

I visited a couple of gay spa places in the last 2 days. Tarzan, 3some and Double T spa are waste of time. Most of the guys are catfish from the pictures they are advertising and charging higher mandatory tips. But Rainbow’s prices are more reasonable and therapists are better looking.

I recently went and had an enjoyable time. I was shown 2 guys on the tablet who were there at the moment I went. The guy I chose was muscular in his photo and he was certainly muscular when I saw him in the room. I won't spoil what happened, but I will absolutely go again and work up to bigger services. Message them and ask for their price list as the ones online might be out of date. For anyone questioning the minimum tip, consider it as part of the cost of the massage, not an actual tip. They need to be paid, and it's already one of the cheapest massages in the city, even moreso considering what the massages entail. Be generous with the masseur - a small tip from us may mean a lot to them, and they work hard for it. Be kind and respectful and communicate clearly.

This is a continuation from my previous review on 6th January 2021. Since then I have been back to Rainbow Spa on two occasions and both experiences were great. On my second visit Huang was my masseur and the third Adam. Both guys gave great massages and both served mind blowing deserts. The general ambience of Rainbow is pleasant and calm, but by no means luxurious. However the staff both masseurs and at reception make this place special. I am sorry to be leaving Ho Chi Minh City. I have read in some previous reviews that it is somewhat tucked away and not easy to find. In HCMC all you need to do is write th address large and legibly and any taxi driver will find it easily. I have also read of some guys complaining about paying a "tip" to the masseur. Do these guys expect some sort of free service? Don't they understand that is how the masseurs earn their living? "Surely they know this sort of service would cost them multiples of these fees in any other Asian city and more again in a Western City. Come on guys, relax and enjoy the service and tip the masseur generously because he is working really hard to make your visit memorable.

This was my 1st spa experience in Vietnam. Rainbow Spa is tucked away off the main road. The receptionists were very kind. They didn't speak that much English, but if you have your Google translator, you'll be ok. Everyone was very kind. They show you a picture of the various masseurs available. I chose Huang. Wow! He was more than I expected. I will certainly never forget that massage. I slept like a baby that night. They didn't pressure me about a tip at all. However, Huang certainly deserved a big tip! Please don't be cheap. The massage is not that expensive for foreigners.

I was looking for somewhere to have a massage in Ho Chi Minh City after a long flight yesterday and after reading all the reviews of available venues, decided on Rainbow Spa and I really hit the jackpot. The receptionist was polite, welcoming and patiently answered all my questions about the 20+ masseurs available. With the information he gave me and after explaining what I liked I chose Huang. Huang was utterly fantastic. I am a self-confessed massage junkie and have enjoyed them in 10 different countries. Huang was up with the best of the best. He explained what he did and did not do which I respected. He then went on to give me one of the most memorable and pleasurable massages of my life. Communication is the key to good outcomes.

Good for its value. Recommended. Had 60 min body to body massage, 300K fee + 300K fixed tips. Honest and clear price. Good looking and muscular masseur: massage skills not particularly impressive but ending part remarkable. Saw other masseurs, also good looking and mascular. Photos here or at facebook same as real place. Room private, cosy and tidy. Shower place too dark.

Great massage place in HCMC. The place is not on Main Street, but you can easily found it using Google map. Many guys to choose from and the minimum tips are clearly displayed on the menu. I went there twice, and the masseur did not mention tips at all. At the end of the service, he asked me to write down the tips that I want to give and thanking me for that. Massage was good and they were polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was handsome and courteous, despite us having a little bit of language barrier, he made me feel welcome with his charismatic smile and understand what he explained on Google translate! I'm used to Thai massage parlors where tips amount is up to individual, but he explained beforehand that in many Vietnamese massage parlors including Rainbow Spa that the minimum tip is the same as the ticket price. Spa is not lavish but homely. I enjoyed my massage and the overall experience.
