The annual Louisville Pride Festival returns for its 11th year in 2026, bringing a full day of LGBTQ+ celebration back to the Highlands. As one of the region’s largest Pride events, the festival draws more than 15,000 attendees each year and continues to grow in both scale and impact.

While the 2026 theme and headliner are still to be announced, we’ve outlined what you can expect based on previous Louisville Pride festivals.

Louisville Pride Festival

The free festival takes place along Bardstown Road in the Highlands, running from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. This vibrant stretch transforms into a pedestrian-friendly celebration filled with music, community groups, local businesses, and thousands of rainbow-clad attendees.

Live Music and Drag Performances

Two stages are expected to host a full schedule of entertainment throughout the day, including local and regional musicians, drag performers, and special guest acts. Headliners have historically brought major energy to the main stage, and anticipation builds each year as the lineup is revealed. Last year, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Durand Bernarr headlined the show.

Wellness and Family Activity Tent

Louisville Pride isn’t just about performances. A dedicated wellness and family activity tent typically offers resources, health information, youth-friendly programming, and community-focused activities. The festival’s inclusive approach ensures there’s something for every generation.

Festival Vendors and Community Organizations
