Telluride Gay Ski Week 2027

Telluride Gay Ski Week returns to Colorado's San Juan Mountains from February 27 to March 6, 2027. The week brings LGBTQ+ travelers together for guided skiing, après-ski gatherings and parties across Telluride and Mountain Village.

Event dates: Saturday, February 27 to Saturday, March 6, 2027

Key events:

• Daily guided skiing from 9:45am to 1pm, with local guides leading groups across Telluride Ski Resort

• Gay Chalet at Gorrono Ranch, open daily from 11am to 3pm as a mid-mountain meeting point

• Après-ski parties from 3pm to 6pm at venues across Telluride and Mountain Village

• Costume Ski Parade, traditionally held on the final Friday, with participants skiing from Lift 7 toward Gorrono Ranch

• Sweet Madness at Bon Vivant, featuring an on-mountain DJ party near the Polar Queen Express lift

Gay parties: The festival includes an Opening Reception, its signature White Party and a pool party traditionally held on the final Saturday at Mountain Lodge. The Glitter Ball closes the week at Sheridan Opera House with DJs and go-go dancers.

Drag shows: Telluride Theatre presents a Burlesque & Drag Show featuring performers from The House of Shimmy Shake. The festival also includes It's Brunch, Bitch, featuring drag entertainment.

Where to stay: Mountain Village provides access to the ski lifts and several festival events. Madeline Hotel & Residences is listed as the host hotel, while Lumiere with Inspirato, Inn at Lost Creek and The Peaks Resort & Spa are nearby alternatives. Hotel Telluride is another option in town.
