Bukkake is located on one of Sitges' gayest streets, just opposite Parrots bar. Open daily in the summer, otherwise on the weekends. Cover charge includes one drink.

Man Bar (at Club XXL) is a gay cruise bar with a dark room and play zone in the back.
Man Bar's industrial styling with chains, metal bars and discreet lighting creates a dark and cruisy atmosphere. Open from June through October, it's one of the busiest cruise bars in the city. There is a dress code, usually leather, rubber, or military, so be prepared if you plan on visiting.

PEP is a short course of antiretroviral drugs that stops exposure to HIV from becoming a life-long infection. You need to start a course within 72 hours of having unsafe sex for it to be effective.
PEP treatment can be obtained from Hospital Sant Camil located at Carretera de Puigmoltó in Sant Pere De Ribes, about 7 km from Sitges (open 24 hours).
