三十多年來生意一直興隆。鸚鵡酒吧是一家頗受歡迎的同志酒吧，地理位置優越，位於錫切斯同志夜生活中心地帶的工業廣場。
大家都坐在外面的露台。座位面向廣場，所以可以清楚看到熙熙攘攘的人群。鸚鵡餐廳的員工都是城裡最性感的小伙子，你甚至可以在洗手間裡學到幾句西班牙語搭訕金句。
美味的雞尾酒吸引了許多海灘遊客前來小酌，酒吧一直營業到深夜。

pleasant
A nice place to see and be seen but little else. The drinks were poor - the expresso martini was excessively sweet and must have been dispensed from a prepared bottle as even though it came delivered in a mini cocktail shaker it was warmish - yuk. The staff were pleasant to the younger customers but to others they were functional. Parrots group owns much of gay Sitges and the same standard appears to be uniform throughout the group.
